Texas Foundation for Education Rights (TFER) believes every child should be able to obtain a quality education, regardless of their race, sex, ethnic origin, socioeconomic status or the geographic location of their residence.

Trapping Texas children in failing public schools is a disservice to the children, and often disproportionately affects minority and low-income communities, leaving each generation further and further behind.

All children should be afforded equal opportunity, and our mission at TFER is to provide families with an alternative to failing public schools and allows children to achieve their full potential and thrive in adulthood, regardless of their background.
